Start up guide for sale on ebay?

Hi there,

I'm looking to start up my own cleaning business, specialising in cleaning for letting agents, estate agents & builders.

Whilst researching i've seen this start up guide for sale on ebay.

nO, THE BEST WAY FORWARD IS MARKET RESEARCH,
Is there a market out there?
What are the going rates in your area?
How will you advertise?
Why will your service be better then existing ones?
Just a bit to get you thinking.
And when you need help and advice, just ask all of us helpfull lot here.

I notice it's being sold by APBauctions who are coincidentally in Dorset.

Someone more cynical than I am may think that it is yourself who is selling the book. It wouldn't be the first time someone has copied the contents of this site and tried to sell it on ebay.
