Although I have a carpet cleaning business I do not do general cleaning.
Looking through the Franchise Pages of Daily Express I have noted several new cleaning franchises.
It does seem to me that once you have found a customer you have ongoing income not a one off as in carpet cleaning.
( I am aware that some carpet cleaners now sell maintence plans)
What advise would you give to anybody entering market.
Ie promotion ,
cleaning info
etc, costs etc.
I have in the past been responsible for in house cleaning teams as a Retail Manager for 20 years and reserched the market and methods to ensure that my branches were being cleaned to a very high spec.
